Non Disclosure Agreements:
HIgh End Addiction Treatment Centers cater to a distinct demographic. We know that your client’s privacy and discretion is of the utmost importance. Upon hiring all of our chauffeurs are mandated to sign a legally binding Non Disclosure agreement for all clients that they drive. In addition Custom NDAs can be drafted, signed and forwarded to the receiving treatment center upon request
The PUC is the statewide licensing body for all chauffeured service transportation services in the California. Requirements for licensure include bi annual vehicle inspections with the CHP, submission of drug testing analysis for all active and employed chauffeurs as well as comprehensive vehicle and liability insurance. If a company is in good standing with the PUC, this is always a great litmus of their overall road worthiness and integrity.
Drug Screening for Drivers
In accordance with DOT and PUC law, all our chauffeurs are subject to pre employment and random drug screening. These test are conducted by a state certified lab that must Meet or exceed US DOT, FAA, FTA, FMCSA, and PHIMSA Requirements. In addition, whenever a chauffeur is involved in a traffic accident he is mandated by state law to immediately report to the nearest drug testing lab.
DOJ Fingerprint Livescan Background Checks
In addition to state and local background checks, all chauffeurs must undergo a California Department of Justice Fingerprint Livescan process. This process is the gold standard for Law Enforcement agencies across California and is the only foolproof way to verify both identity and any possible history of arrest or criminal convictions dating back to legal adult age. In addition with a sit down interview process, this method has proven tried and true in selecting top talent to put behind the wheel.
Real Time Field Communication
Many of our high end Treatment Center and Rehab account coordinators like to have a real time update of what is happening in the field. The assurance of patient coordinators having this direct contact with the chauffeur is indispensable. We provide chauffeur info with name and cell number of the assigned chauffeur before pick up. Upon request we can also have the chauffeur call the patient intake coordinator when he has made contact with the passenger and they are on board.
Prior to Hiring all driver must provide a CA DMV H6 which is a 10-year driving record provided by the California DMV licensing authority. An H6 report is designed to detail the driver’s history of any accidents, moving violations, DUIs and driving history. In order to be considered for employment a driver must have zero DUIs, no at fault accidents that caused grievous bodily harm, and no more than two “points” or traffic violations within the last 3 years. We also to the Employer Pull notice Program or EPN.
